Revise for Evaluation Test II

As usual the evaluation will be in written form around 40-45 minutes. The test will contain multiple choice questions, open-ended questions and notions that you will have to define or describe. Therefore, you need to revise:
1) Material in your textbook and copybooks starting with the USA Civil War till present day America
2) Definitions of the following terms:
